The Role Handle daily event sales inquiries via phone, sales department, email, or web.
Focus on meeting monthly events budget and maximizing sales through effective follow-ups.
Build strong relationships with clients.
Manage event operations by creating and distributing event orders.
Ensure timely communication of upcoming events and changes to all hotel departments.
Talent Profile What We Are Looking For Driven and passionate professional with at least 2 years of recent experience in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and expertise in managing and executing events.
Excellent customer relations skills and demonstrate leadership capability.
Opera PMS and Sales & Catering experience.
