Job Overview: The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch's operations, including sales, operations, inventory and employee management.
This role is crucial in driving the branch's success by implementing strategic initiatives, optimising processes, and leading a high-performing team, with key objectives of growing the business.
Some of your key duties and responsibilities will include: Operational Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective production, logistics and administrative processes.Sales Management: Drive sales growth by developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and identifying new market opportunities.Team Management: Lead, mentor and develop a team of professionals, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.Customer Relations: Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.Financial Overview: Monitor branch financial performance, including budgeting forecasting, and managing costs to achieve profitability targets.Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.About You: At least 5+ years' experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing, distribution, building supply or aluminium-related industry.You are a strategic leader with a proven track record of optimizing cost and implementing measures to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.Strong knowledge of Aluminium products, applications, uses, industry and customers.Strong influencing skills with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally.Leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage operations, drive sales, and lead teams to success.Successful applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing and must have contactable work references.
