We are looking for a self- motivated Business Manager to lead the industrial team for our Wetherill Park office.
Managing the team you will have the opportunity to grow and develop the team whilst servicing and developing our ever-growing client base. You will be part of the leadership group who come together regularly and set the future direction of the overall business.
Your day will include:
Developing new business opportunitiesMentoring a team of recruitment consultants and Account ManagersStrategically managing existing clientsManaging your P&LA hands-on approach managing the day to day operationsDriving strategic recruitment plansChampioning a safety culture What you'll bring to the table: A track record of developing business and providing service excellenceStrong business acumenRecruitment industry experienceFT 360 experience highly desirableThe ability to work under pressureCommunicate and influence effectivelyA genuine passion for labour hireThe ability to lead from the frontBe able to network and build relationships What's in it for you
