THE OPPORTUNITY
We are actively seeking an experienced manager for our Mentone branch.
As the hands-on Branch Manager, you will lead a customer-focused team to ensure our customers receive exceptional service. As a seasoned operator, you will be the driving force behind our store's success.
Responsibilities will include:
Leading by example and creating a high-energy, fun atmosphere for our team and customers. Overseeing all store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising. Achieving sales targets while delivering a shopping experience that wows. Inspiring your team to be their best, nurturing talent, and fostering a sense of retail adventure. Solving challenges and ensuring smooth operations. Ensuring a safe environment for our customers and your team. Delivering business objectives. Minimum Requirements:
We are on the lookout for individuals who:
Retail and or sales management experience. Tiles, Bathroomware and hard flooring experience would be an advantage but not essential. Have a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs. Thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment. Embrace the direction and procedures of the business. Possess strong operational skills including stock processing, merchandising, organisation, and time management. Training and development of your team to upskill & upsell.
