About your experienceWe're looking for a safety focused leader who understands our industry, appreciates our policies and procedures and yet can think on their feet to create win/win outcomes for customers and the business.
Operations management experience ideally in a scrap yard / mining / heavy industry preferable
Demonstrated ability leading & managing teams and handling people issues
Comfortable working autonomously with the support of Management and Head Office
Trading or sales experience is a bonus
Strong communication skills to interpret reports, identify trends and make recommendations
