We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to join our leadership team at Mt Gambier. The Exciting Opportunity Based at our corporate office in Mt Gambier, South Australia, this role will report to the State Manager of role is responsible for managing and running the day to day operations of the branch, ensuring continuous improvement to the overall performance and profitability of all business activities. You will ideally have worked in a similar role for more than 5 years and have strong a strong business acumen and high level of leadership skills. You take a people first approach and lead from the front. Your role scope will include:Implementing and achieving the strategic business plan and budgetary objectives for the BranchPreparing annual Branch operating budgets and capex proposals for approval by the Chief Operating Officer, Executive General Manager and National Finance Manager. Overseeing the development and implementation of annual Branch plans with respect to sales, logistics and quality.Ensuring management of information and accounting records are correctly maintained in accordance with Company's procedural requirements.
