The RoleThe Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations with a strong emphasis on driving sales growth and managing across service, sales, operations, and administration functions.
This role involves ensuring efficient branch operations, meeting sales targets, and maintaining high standards of customer service and equipment maintenance.
The Branch Manager will be a key player in fostering client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and managing internal processes to ensure the branch's success.
RequirementsProven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role, preferably within the hire or equipment rental industry.Strong background in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Knowledge of equipment maintenance and servicing.Proficiency in office management and administrative procedures.Understanding of Australian Standards and OH&S requirements.Be careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
