We are well positioned for growth and currently offer a great opportunity for a Branch Manager to lead the team at our Nerang team.
About the Opportunity Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Branch Manager is responsible for the day-to-day sales and operations management of the branch team and for maintaining, managing and growing the profitability while ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met.
The primary objective of the role is to grow and protect the branch with a focus on meeting financial, compliance, safety and staff development objectives by:
Strategy & Business Development - Implement and execute agreed strategies by aligning resources to deliver financial and productivity targets as defined by the budget process.Compliance - Implement and execute initiatives to achieve compliance expectations.Capability - Implement people capability initiatives to deliver long term financial growth and improve staff retention.To be successful you will have: Demonstrated management and leadership skills.A current full unrestricted driver's license.Demonstrated experience in a sales or retail management role.Tertiary qualification in Management, Commerce or Agribusiness is preferred but not essential.We're invested in you We have a strong culture of empowerment where your career is in your own hands - you have the accountability and autonomy to go as far as you're willing.
