The Role The primary focus of this Branch Manager position is to provide effective coordination of membership recruitment, retention and servicing strategies for Coffs Harbour and the surrounding region.
You will represent, develop and promote issues related to the local industry, service the local committees and continue to develop the brand presence for the HIA in the region.
This position plays an integral role in the growth and direction of the region, both through commercial business streams such as events, training and other products and services, and through efficient management of the HIA brand.
Key responsibilities for this role include: To be successful in this role, you will be engaging, confident and articulate, with the ability to persuade and achieve results.
You will have excellent time management and administrative skills and the ability to handle conflicting priorities.
The successful candidate will have the capacity to generate leads and realise commercial opportunities together with the ability to manage competing priorities.
