RDO proudly employs more than 850 staff and operates out of 29 dealership locations in metro and regional Australia, providing parts and service support for the agricultural, roads, civil construction, landscaping, mining, and forestry sectors.

About the Role: Our Roma branch in Central Queensland is searching for its new Branch Manager. This opportunity will see you manage a team of 12 across our 3 departments – Parts, Sales & Service. You will be a highly motivated customer service-oriented business leader who is passionate about identifying opportunities for growth and development in our team.
This Position is Responsible For: Efficiently managing & directing all aspects of the branch to ensure maximum efficiency & profitability.
Leadership and Team Development Lead the Branch team & hold Managers accountable for team & financial performance. Motivate employees & set appropriate individual & team performance goals. Foster a positive work environment. Full profit and loss responsibility of the branch. Develop budgets and strategies in alignment with the organisation's financial and operational objectives. Uphold & guide margins in accordance with approved Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Market Share and Relationship Development Achieve market share. Ensure customer satisfaction. Work with all departments to know the customer's current and future expectations. At all times, you will ensure that the company & location reputation and image in the community is consistent with Company Core Values, and that business relationships with all stakeholders are not compromised.
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role: Established experience in a senior leadership role, with full profit and loss responsibility in a similar role. A highly motivated, enthusiastic, and positive leadership style. Knowledge of John Deere agricultural and/or construction dealership business operations is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided. High emotional intelligence, the ability to work well in a diverse, fast-growing business.
