Branch Manager

Chandler Macleod currently has a very exciting opportunity available for a Branch Manager in North East Victoria.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Branch Manager is responsible for the smooth functioning of the branch's daily operations, ensuring superior customer service and sales activity whilst providing leadership, training, and supervision to the branch staff.

If successful in obtaining this role you will be responsible for
Leading & managing divisions under your portfolioProviding mentoring, support, and guidance to operations & division managersProviding expertise and guidance when neededProviding efficient quotation and tender responses as well as managing all estimate processes within your departmentsApproving with assistance from the finance team, new customers and credit limits if applicableEnsuring major projects are reviewed, results analysed and communicated to the CEO and operational teamsDeveloping and implementing strategic plans for the electrical branch in alignment with the overall company goalsIdentifying business opportunities and areas for growth within the electrical sectorBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholdersWorking collaboratively across the entire business
You will

Have management experience in the Electrical / Contracting IndustryBe a qualified A Grade Electrician with at least 10 years of practical experienceHave experience with project management, leadership or equivalent skillsets
