About the role Main responsibilities include but are not limited to: Processing and coordinating the mobilisation of manning requirements for Projects Review of employee qualifications and ensure all pre-mobilisation requirements are met prior to personnel Mobilising to site. Manage the on-boarding for any new employees, including gathering/checking tickets and guiding employees through pre-employment requirements. Maintaining mobilisation trackers & reports Essential Skills & Qualifications Previous mobilisation experience in Mining or Construction essential Must have a good understanding of competency & compliance. Experience vetting trade certification & qualifications. Previous shutdown or high-volume mobilisation experience.
