What You'll Do: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive change management strategies. Partner with executive leadership to align change initiatives with business objectives. Guide and support cross-functional teams through periods of transition. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, making adjustments as needed.  Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to employees at all levels of the organization.
