We are also the authorised regional dealer and repairer for MaK engines, and more recently have made significant investment in equipment, technology and process capability to support the growing specialised hydraulics industry.ABOUT THE ROLEDue to an internal move, we have this great opportunity for an experienced and motivated operational Manager to provide leadership and direction to our hard working team, while supporting our loyal customers.You will be accountable for leading and empowering a team of 20+ dedicated individuals.Your key responsibilities of the role will include:Being a hands-on leader in driving a safety-first culture, including a major focus on contamination control & continual improvementLeading of all branch employees and creating a positive cultureOngoing customer and key stakeholder managementOverseeing and guiding the operations of all departmentsFinancial accountability of the branch including budgetsABOUT YOUYou will have superior technical experience and knowledge of heavy engines and associated components and will be continuous improvement focused.You will be an excellent communicator and collaborator, who enjoys interacting on all levels with internal and external stakeholders.
