Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper We are looking for a proactive individual to join our Commercial Construction team as a Bookkeeper.
As an employer, we provide a relaxed and flexible working space. We are looking for a Casual/Part-Time to join our team. The role is offered on an on-going Casual/Part-Time Basis, 3 days 15-22 hours per week.
Position Description The successful candidate will be motivated, organised, detail oriented with good communication skills. As the Bookkeeper, you will be required to assist Accounts in the multiple businesses within the organisation.
 
Preparing payable and receivables, and entering data into XeroPreparing financial statements showing business income and expenditurePreparing vendor invoices and tracking bank account balancesVerifying the accuracy of business accounts and alerting of errorsDeveloping monthly financial statements including cash flow, profit and loss and balance sheetsPreparing employee wagesManaging employee expense claimsBank Reconciliation Qualifications and Skills A bookkeeper with 2 years experience
Experience in Xero is essential including payroll
Strong attention to detail, ability to problem solve and show initiative
Excellent people and communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Outlook)
