Located on the outskirts of Brisbane, the Company is renowned for their single-source supply and expertise in painting and decorating across the residential and commercial sectors.

About the Position...

Reporting to the Office Manager and Company Director, you will be required to assist by providing support to the accounts team, processing accounts payable/receivables, invoicing, expenditure and performing bank reconciliations.

Further Responsibilities include: Assisting with the Purchase Order workflow.Assisting with end of month reconciliations.Ad hoc Accounts support duties.Various office tasks and phone answering as required.Account follow up for receivables. About the Candidate

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in bookkeeping and a sound understanding of purchase ordering systems. Having a general understanding of workflow management is highly desirable, as is clear communication with strong interpersonal skills. The successful applicant will hold a minimum Certificate IV in Bookkeeping, along with three years of proven bookkeeping experience. You will need to have experience working with MS Excel spreadsheets, coupled with a high level of attention to detail, initiative to problem-solve and a positive attitude.

The Company is offering a salary of $60,000-$70,000 plus superannuation, which is negotiable with experience.
