Job Description About the Role: We're looking for passionate team members to support MyCar , one of Australia's leading tyre and automotive service providers.
In this role, you'll help customers find the perfect tyres and book fitment appointments.
Your day will involve: ? Asking the right questions to understand customers' needs Coordinating with suppliers to ensure tyres are ready for customers Booking appointments at the nearest MyCar location that works best for our customers MyCar values their team and their customers, and we know you'll feel that from day one!
What You Need to Know: Position: Permanent full-time Training: First 12 weeks at our Docklands office, with support to help you shine Schedule: Rotating roster, Monday to Friday (8 am - 6:30 pm) and Saturday (8 am - 5:30 pm) Shifts: 7.6 hours, 5 days a week Work Environment: Move to a hybrid model after training (must have a stable internet connection at home) Salary: Starting at $52,190 + super + performance incentives Qualifications About You: We're looking for someone who: ?
