ABOUT THE ROLE
The position is a full-time permanent role reporting to the Fabrication Supervisor on a 5/2, 4/3 roster (every weekend off), based in Chinchilla. To be successful in the role, you will be a qualified experienced Boilermaker and have a high work ethic with focus on safety and quality.
EXPERIENCE

Ability to read and interpret drawings
Work to LEAN and 5's principles
Experience or willingness to learn digital systems and reporting
Proven team and individual workplace performance
Working Permits, JSEA's and Procedures
Experience in the following an advantage:
Working to a shutdown schedule
Water Treatment and Wash Plant Maintenance
Preventative maintenance
Experience welding to piping and structural standards
Experience working with rigorous quality assurance and testing procedures
GTAW, FCAW, SMAW and GMAW experience essential
