The Opportunity With strong growth in our WA region, our Perth branch has an exciting opportunity for a quality focused Boilermaker to join our Forrestdale based workshop team. As a key member of the team, your role will see you perform boiler making and welding repairs on a wide range of construction and mining equipment. You will also be responsible for:
Providing fabrication and repair tasks to a variety of construction and earthmoving equipmentDesign and fabrication of local options for earthmoving equipmentBe able to interpret technical drawingsPerform diagnostic evaluation of components and relevant systemsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentGouging structural cracks and re-welding - not essentialTo be successful in this role you will:
Ensure the HCA Safety Culture is embraced, displayed and driven from within - safety takes priority over everything elseHold relevant Australian (or Australian recognised) Engineering Fabrication (Boilermaking) trade qualificationsHave previous experience working with construction, agricultural or mining equipmentPrevious working with sheet metalBe confined space trained and qualified - not essential.High Risk Work licences (forklift, dogging, working at heights, etc) are essentialIn return, you will receive:
