About the role:
- Responsible for overseeing the aged care project from start to finish
- Oversee all sub-contractors and manage the quality of finishes
- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets
- Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date
Your Background:
- Experience with site managing various commercial projects
- 5-10+ years as a site manager
- Excellent with detail and quality
- Able to drive the project team with strong leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and drive programme
- Proficient in Procore / Hammertech
You will Receive:
- Circa $200k package, based on years of experience
- Support from office with CA's, PM's and operations manager etc.
- Strong sub-contractors to work with
