The Role: Supporting the business development strategyDeveloping winning bid strategiesLeading a team of Bid Writers / CoordinatorsOverseeing the preparation, review and submission of bid responses - including expressions of interest, tenders, proposals and presentations, to Corporate, Public Sector and Resources clientsLead workshops, meetings and presentations internally and externallyWrite key sections of submissions including planning, drafting, gathering information, editing content and ensuring compliance to standardsNurturing effective relationships with internal stakeholders, partners and clients.Criteria: Ideally tertiary qualified in Facilities Management, Business Management, Finance, Sales & Marketing or CommunicationsSuperior Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skillsStrong understanding of the full spectrum of Bid Pricing / Commercial Costing, Labour and Material Estimates, Commercial Terms and Delivery strategiesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailExcellent teamwork and leadership skillsDemonstrated experience in Project ManagementStrong written communication skillsStrong understanding of bid writing fundamentalsStrong stakeholder management skills to ensure a cohesive approach to coordinating contributions in a timely mannerBenefits: You will be offered a competitive salary packageExcellent opportunities for personal and career growth with a major multinational firmPermanent role
