Developing win strategies and value propositions that resonate with our clients, underpins our success.The OpportunityAs part of our growth and expansion process we are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to join our commercial team. Reporting to the Business Development Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process, including:Supporting the development of a customer-centric win strategy and value propositionReviewing tender documentation and project managing the delivery of a compliant and compelling submission within specified timeframesDeveloping and managing the bid project plan including resourcing, work allocation, draft and review processes, graphic design, approvals and other key bid milestonesProducing high quality, customer-focused written content that is aligned with our win themes as well as reviewing and editing submissionsEnsuring all submissions are well-presented, professional, customer focused and represent the Sustain Group brand and values.Working in a close-knit team, you will quickly realise that we aren't like the others.
