As a Bid Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the entire bid process, ensuring the preparation and submission of high-quality proposals that align with client requirements and company objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather the necessary information and create compelling bids that help secure new business opportunities.
Coordinate the end-to-end bid process, from reviewing client requirements to preparing and submitting proposals on time.Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and relevant content is included in each proposal.Ensure the consistency and quality of all bid submissions, adhering to company standards and client specifications.Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products, services, and value propositions, and use this knowledge to tailor bids to meet client needs.Assist in the development of bid strategies to maximize the chances of success in the proposal process.What you'll bring? 3 years of experience in sales, bid coordination, or a related field with a strong understanding of the proposal process.Excellent written communication skills, including strong comprehension and the ability to conceptualize and present complex information clearly and effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with advanced skills in pagination, styles, templates, and dynamic fields.Experience working under tight timelines and pressure, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders across departments.What else do you need to apply? We want to learn more about you, therefore a relevant cover letter is required for your application to be considered.Start within a 4-week time frame, ideally.Travel on-site to our office in Notting Hill.Must be an Australian resident available to work full time without restrictions.Compnow will provide and require all successful applicants to complete a current National Police Check as well as a new or updated state-based Working With Children Check.
