Lead and develop this newly created team in our Mortgage Help Centre and drive a culture of customer care.

As the Team Manager Reporting in our Mortgage Help Centre you'll make an impact by:
Leading a small team: Create a high-performance team and culture, drive a high level of attention to detail and ensure all risks or shortcomings are identified with a "No surprises" team philosophy.
Provide regular feedback and manage performance.
Building out and improving our suite of tools and reporting that will assist the business with performance and Customer outcomes oversight, to ensure we are supporting our customer and risk management strategies.
Providing ongoing upskilling to ensure your team can provide insightful and accurate data analysis and reporting.
Implementing appropriate quality control processes to ensure the integrity of risk information and reports.
This is a permanent full-time position.
We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of 60% based out of our Adelaide or Bendigo corporate office.

What you'll bring to the role To succeed in this role, we'd love you to have:
Extensive business reporting experience.
A high degree of skill and experience using Excel, Power BI, and SQL with the ability to bring multiple pieces of data together to determine past and future trends and provide actionable insights.
Previous Banking or Banking Regulator Experience an advantage.
Collections and Credit Risk experience an advantage.
Experience coaching and developing the technical skills of others, ideally in a team leader capacity.
