Opportunity for a Business Development Specialist within the property industry to join our prestigious team at Belle Property Hunter Region. Working alongside two other highly experienced and driven BDS you will play a pivotal role in acquiring and nurturing new business opportunities. Your role will be supported by our leadership team with regular one on one and group coaching sessions to assist in your overall growth and success.
About the Role You will report to the Leadership Team and be responsible for the maintenance and continued growth of our Belle Property Hunter Region Management Portfolio.
Key responsibilities will include: Proactively identify and capitalize on new business opportunities Build strong relationships with our internal team and key stakeholders to drive portfolio growth Focus on generating leads through proactive prospecting Maintain and nurture database for potential new clients Onboard new clients and properties in the 'Belle Property' way ensuring exceptional service for clients through their journey Conduct rental appraisals and property management presentations to prospective landlords to the highest standards, ensuring full transparency and developing a strong bond and trust with clients Collaborate with a supportive property management team and leadership team to deliver the essence of 'Belle' through all of your client communication and to ensure a smooth and seamless handover About You You are a personable and ambitious individual who has a desire to drive success by developing relationships with key stakeholders and nurturing those relationships long term. Your determination and passion for the industry will be pivotal in ensuring you enjoy a lengthy and rewarding career with us.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be: Cert 2 licensed or Certified and close to obtaining License Previous experience in business development, sales, or leasing within the real estate sector is ideal Passionate and confident in building professional relationships with existing and new clients A down to earth individual who understands the importance of collaborating with the team Proficient in Property Management, Microsoft applications, and basic computer functions Able to create and deliver presentations tailored to the clients' needs Have a knack for negotiation and looking outside the box for opportunities A solid understanding of social media platforms and not be afraid to get creative with regular content Be prepared to get yourself out there with Video marketing and messaging Able to have fun whilst kicking goals and enjoy celebrating the wins Only potential candidates matching our criteria will be contacted.
