What you'll do: Develop and deliver evidence-based behaviour support plans tailored to the individual needs of people with disabilities.Work closely with individuals, families, carers, and other professionals to ensure holistic, person-centred support.Provide training and guidance to support staff to ensure consistency in implementing behaviour support strategies.Regularly review and adjust plans based on progress and evolving needs.Advocate for the rights of individuals, ensuring they are treated with respect, kindness, and understanding.About you: You're passionate about making a real difference in people's lives.You have a background in psychology, social work, or a related field.You're familiar with positive behaviour support frameworks and practices.You're compassionate, solution-focused, and thrive in a collaborative environment.You have experience working with individuals with complex behaviours and can stay calm in challenging situations.You have excellent communication skills and can work effectively with a variety of stakeholders.Why choose Aruma?
