About The Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager - Specialty Gases in our Beenleigh branch. This role will be working closely with the Field Sales Manager to grow the market share in the region.

Duties & Responsibilities

Monthly reporting of activities.
Achieve KPI Targets.
Being pro-active in recognising customer needs.
Market Awareness at all times to represent Supagas in a positive and professional manner.
Forward planning for growth and continuous improvement.
Drive profitable growth within your field.

Skills & Experience

A minimum of 3 years directly related experience or a Degree qualification in Engineering or Sciences
Strong background in Business Development
Exceptional communication skills.
Proven ability to identify, introduce and grow new business opportunities.
Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the internal business processes and compliance/quality issues.
Understand and focus on client needs, continuously strive for client satisfaction
Demonstrate passion to achieve and/or exceed targets at all times
