Job Description Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager , as a Barista , you'll be at the heart of our guests' experience, crafting quality coffee and beverages with care.
You will create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, providing excellent customer service while delivering high-quality coffee consistently.
Your responsibilities will include: Preparing and serving high-quality espresso coffee and other beverages.
Assisting guests with menu options and dietary requirements.
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in your station and service areas.
Collaborating with the restaurant team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Ensuring orders are written clearly and correctly for the kitchen and cashier.
Completing all other F&B Attendant duties, as required.
Qualifications Who You Are A passionate barista with a customer-focused attitude.
Experience in a busy café or restaurant environment.
Hold a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays.
Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
