Job Description:
We're looking for a motivated Barista All-Rounder to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, managing front-of-house operations, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve coffee and other drinks to standard recipes and customer preferences. Operate and maintain coffee equipment. Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries and complaints professionally. Assist with front-of-house tasks, including taking orders, processing payments, and keeping the workspace organized. Collaborate with the team for smooth operations. Follow health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene practices. Assist with restocking supplies and cleaning as needed. Qualifications:
Experience as a barista or similar role. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and passion for quality. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Job Types: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $24.10 – $43.72 per hour
