Key responsibilities: Lead, support and manage the gaming lounge and Grand Pub teamOrganize, direct and evaluate the Pub's food and beverage service.Promote food and beverage salesEnsure conference/functions packages are costed and quoted to ensure a profitCoach and motivate members of the Food & Beverage and Gaming lounge teamSalary: 75,000k
QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will need:
