About the Position Are you ready to lead an iconic venue's bar and events operations?
With a competitive salary of $85-100k based on experience, this is your chance to drive a premium hospitality experience while leading a dynamic team in a celebrated destination.
Position Description Work with the sales teams on delivering high-end functions, events, and weddings Coordinate and manage events, from intimate gatherings to large celebrations Conduct client visits onsite showcasing events spaces and this stunning venue Train, mentor, and inspire the bar and events team to deliver exceptional service Multi-faceted role with a strong teamwork-inspired venue - work across food and beverage service plus accommodation reservations Position Requirements Proven experience managing bar and events operations in a high-quality hospitality venue Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills Strong beverage knowledge, particularly in wines, cocktails, and local products Expertise in event planning, coordination, and execution Current RSA certification Experience with events booking software highly regarded Accommodation reservation experience highly regarded **Accommodation options can be discussed at interview stages Bar and Events Manager role in a boutique venue with a $85-100k salary.
