The Role Detailed
Working in a close-knit Banquets Operation team, this is an integral role within our leadership team helping keep the wheels of our conference and event department running smoothly, and the staff working happily and efficiently.
This role requires the successful candidate to be comfortable overseeing multiple events throughout the hotel, whilst being the client's point of contact for any queries or updates whilst onsite.
To be successful in your application you must have a 'team first' attitude, coupled with the desire and passion to succeed in this challenging industry.
Key Responsibilities
Answering directly to the Banquet Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the standards of Food and Beverage Department whilst looking after our multi-million-dollar operation.
