About the Role
Reporting directly to and mentored by our Chief of Hospitals, the AES Bangalow Hospital Director will be an inspiring leader responsible for steering our emergency and general practice teams towards excellence. This role is central to nurturing and developing our veterinary professionals, creating a culture of collaboration, and driving the clinical and operational success of our hospital.
You'll work hand-in-hand with our leadership team, including clinical and non-clinical staff, to align hospital operations with our core values and strategic goals. Supported by a national team that handles marketing, IT, HR, and finance, you'll focus on fostering a culture of clinical excellence and compassion.
This is a Full-time role which requires weekend, night and public holidays work considerations.

AES Bangalow offers 24/7 patient care through a combination of a general practice team (Bangalow Vets) and an after-hours service (AES North Coast) with a highly skilled, collaborative team of veterinarians and nurses, many of whom work across both aspects of the hospital. The hospital also supports a consulting internal medicine specialist working from the hospital twice weekly and available for advice at any time plus a specialist surgeon who operates when needed.

As the Hospital Director North Coast Vet Emergency and AES Bangalow, you'll be an experienced veterinarian with a passion for building relationships and fostering an exceptional clinical environment. You'll have experience leading teams and be committed to creating a space where professionals can thrive and grow.
Requirements:
