23/10/2024 A growing organisation specialising in self-managed Home Care Packages (HCPs) are looking for a proactive and experienced  B2B Business Development Manager to join their team.
This company provides a cost-effective and flexible alternative to traditional care models, empowering clients with more autonomy over their care.
About the Company: This forward-thinking organisation enables individuals to maintain independence by providing the tools and support needed to self-manage their care.
They offer personalised assistance, financial management, and access to a network of care providers, ensuring clients receive tailored support that aligns with their preferences.
Role Overview: As the B2B Business Development Manager , your role will focus on developing strategic partnerships and driving business growth.
You'll have the autonomy to create and implement sales strategies, while building strong relationships with key industry stakeholders to expand the company's market presence.
Salary & Benefits: Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 (incl Super) Commission: Uncapped commission structure, with potential earnings of up to 80% of the salary package Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Create and execute a strategic plan focused on driving business growth through new partnerships and sales opportunities.
Build and Maintain Key Relationships: Proactively engage with industry stakeholders and partners, leveraging a modern CRM to manage and track outreach.
Leverage Market Differentiation: Promote the company's local, cost-effective, and responsive care model to stand out in the market and drive partnerships.
Engage with Senior Executives: Network and communicate effectively with senior leadership, including C-level executives, using strong industry conversational expertise.
Provide Strategic Direction: Contribute strategic insights to help shape the future direction of the company and identify new business opportunities.
Work Independently: Operate autonomously while ensuring close alignment with business leadership on partnership strategies.
Recruit and Support Care Advisors: Collaborate with the leadership team to recruit and onboard Care Advisors who will support partnership initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience: Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in B2B business development or sales roles within the healthcare or home care sectors.
Strong Network: Established connections with healthcare providers, aged care assessors, and community organisations.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to articulate the benefits of self-managed care effectively.
Self-Motivated: Driven to achieve targets and expand the organisation's reach.
