Role Overview: Service advisors are a vital link between our customers and the workshop. Their role is to coordinate the vehicle service needs of our customers and to ensure that the process is efficient.
Responsibilities: Coordinate vehicle service needs of customers.Liaise with both customers and mechanics.Prioritize tasks to meet important deadlines.Utilize technology effectively.Qualifications: Basic understanding of engines.Current driver's licence.Service advisor background is preferred, but not essential.We can offer you a stable work environment, comprehensive training, and an incentive structure. Great company benefits are part of your salary package. The hours are 7.30am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
