About the Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic HR Systems Manager to join the ASC team in Osborne SA!
This role represents a rare opportunity to work on the pioneering SSN AUKUS Build Program, delivering an essential sovereign capability for Australia. The HR Systems lead will be responsible for developing and leading implementation of the People & Culture systems for the SSN AUKUS program.
Responsibilities Reporting to the People Services & Mobility Manager you will:
Define, develop and implement P&C Systems, tools and processes for SSN AUKUS in initial phase and define requirements for future integrated joint venture. Source and locate best solutions for P&C processes and systems. Ensure development and implementation is aligned to stakeholders and scheduled requirements. Work closely with the wider P&C team, and wider ASC Department Heads to ensure systems support program needs. Identify and implement process improvements, with a focus on time in process, efficiency and cost saving. Play a key role in data governance and management. About you Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is highly desirable. Significant experience in HR systems management or a similar role (5 years +) is highly desirable. Certification in HRIS or related systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) is highly desirable. Demonstrated knowledge of HR compliance regulations. Demonstrated experience in project management and system implementation. High level of verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Eligibility This role requires a current National Police Clearance and an Australian Defence Security Clearance to an NV1 level. Your eligibility for this role is dependent on you obtaining and maintaining such clearance.
