Auditor Trainee (Social Compliance focus) - AustraliaRole Purpose
You will train to become one of our newest talent on our assessment team and learn about the industry's background regarding the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), sustainability and supply chain services. The trainee will gain audit experience through field trips to various facilities, interview and report writing practices, and have the opportunity to participate in unique LRQA experiences and activities created for trainees.
We provided on the job training for six months and allows participants to learn all necessary hard and soft skills in order to become a professional auditor in social compliance. You will learn the critical skills necessary for APSCA certification in order to work as an independent social compliance auditor. You will also have the opportunity to network with professionals throughout LRQA, take part in learning and career development sessions, and connect with our amazing team from all over the world.
Your Role during the Program
During the on the job training, you are expected to have a willingness to learn the various skill sets, as well as have a strong desire to be part of the ESG space as we train you to become a professional independent social compliance auditor for LRQA, the industry leader in social compliance and supply chain services. You will have a chance to rotate jobs within the Assessment/Quality Assurance Teams and meet with our management team on a regular basis to understand the full picture on the whole process within the business.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate the following:
Fresh Graduates / Bachelor degree holder from a recognized university (or its equivalent) - Human Resources, Social, Environmental, Health & Safety, is preferredPassionate in supply chain industry & social compliance regimeEnjoy and happy to take new challenges, proactively make changes at the identified areas for improvementsEager to & comfortable in gaining new knowledge and turn into actual practiceExcellent comprehensive skill in reading & understanding guiding instructionsExcellent spoken & writing skills (primarily in English), knowing any other Asian language is added advantage.Interpersonal communication and team players are keyHigh level of personal and professional integrity and ethics.Must be eligible to work in AustraliaDiversity and Inclusion at LRQA:
