We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Audiologist to join our team in Buderim, Sunshine Coast.
This role is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm.

What will you be doing? A highly varied caseload working closely with local ENTs to provide specialist diagnostic, paediatric and adult audiological assessments.Help clients with their hearing problems by providing professional recommendations about the most suitable rehabilitation options to address the client's difficulties, lifestyle, management abilities and budget.Perform clinical assessments in line with current best practice and the Company's clinical protocols and communicate assessment results and subsequent recommendations.Meet our clients' needs, wherever possible, through providing appropriate and professional advice, services and devices.Offering counselling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss management and communication strategies.Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.Take part in professional development and training to maintain current and diverse knowledge in your specialist areas of audiology.What do you need to be successful in this role? Minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in adult rehabilitation.Experience with paediatric audiology and implantables will be highly regarded (but not essential).Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).Must have full membership with an appropriate professional body and a Certificate of Clinical Practice (CCP).Solid audiological skills and knowledge.Excellent levels of customer care and service, and a passion for delivering an amazing client experience.A commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships with our clients, and achieving the highest standards in audiological care.An understanding of, and commitment to, ensuring the commercial success of the business.A desire to support other members of your team, and nurture an inclusive and enthusiastic culture in the region.Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills.Dedication to staying updated with industry advancements.All applicants must be, or eligible to be, full Members of Audiology Australia.What's in it for you?
