As a result our people get to enjoy working on some of the most exciting projects in the world.Job DescriptionThe role is an Associate / Senior Cost Manager to support Data centre projects in Sydney, mainly to support post contract activities.Senior cost manager providing support to the team across all aspects of projects including cost estimates, quantity take-off, value engineering, tendering and evaluation, progress claim and variation assessment, final account close-out.Estimating and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan report.Measurement of all building elements for cost plan.Engage with market to obtain quotations / pricing to support cost estimate.Progress claim and variation assessments and valuations.QualificationsQuantity Surveying, or related, degree5 - 7 years post graduate experienceAIQS or RICS member or currently on the pathway to membershipExperience in CostX is preferred.Data Centre experience ideal, but not required.Good communication skillsOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
