Associate Product Specialist (Mathematics & Science)

The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Specialist to join our dynamic Product Management team, working closely with the Head of Product. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of educational products, particularly within the Secondary Mathematics and Science division.


This full-time, fixed-term position (6 months) offers the opportunity to work from home. The role will mainly involve working from home, with some requirements for ad-hoc meeting attendance at the South Melbourne Office.


This position can also be offered as casual. Open to entry-level applicants. 


Key Responsibilities Collaborate with Product Managers to support and achieve portfolio revenue and profit targets for the Secondary division

Assist in executing product plans by working with established authors and developing content in line with the team's strategy

Lead the development of high-quality educational resources during the editorial and production process

Submit finalised content to production, ensuring all materials are ready for publication

Support the Product Management team with project-related tasks as directed by the Head of Product

The Successful Candidate Strong interest or background in Mathematics and Science, preferably within an educational publishing context

Ability to manage multiple projects with a keen eye for detail and quality

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Experience in content development and/or project management is desirable but not essential

Teaching or tutoring experience – Mathematics or Science (desirable)

Working with children check (WWC)
