Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for you to become a valued member of our Operations & Oversight team at Equity Trustees. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the operational functions across a diverse range of clients and managed funds within our Corporate Trustee Services business unit.
About the role:

Handle regular operational tasks, including necessary filings with service providers, regulatory authorities, and government bodies, following established processes.
Manage records for seamless operations, ensuring all filings are up-to-date and compliant.
Assist with fund-related expenses and invoices as needed.
Create and maintain procedure manuals to ensure smooth operations and provide ongoing updates.
Actively contribute to recommendations for operational enhancements.
Provide accurate and timely data to internal and external stakeholders (administrators, platforms, researchers, etc.) for all Funds.
Tackle various ad-hoc tasks and lodgments.
Engage in project work and play an active role in team projects.
Provide support to the team and management in ad-hoc tasks.

What you'll need to succeed:

Financial Services industry experience.
Ability to complete set tasks fully and accurately.
Time management abilities to ensure timely completion of all requirements.
Demonstrated ability to be flexible and manage a variety of simultaneous tasks.
Great attention to detail.
Competent use of the Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to work with a wide range of people.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good mathematical abilities.
Continuous improvement mindset.
