Eyre and Far North Local Health Network, Port Lincoln Hospital, Port LincolnOngoing Part Time - 0.84 FTEKey Responsibilities: Provide proficient, person-centered clinical nursing or midwifery care, including individual case management for patients and clients in a designated clinical area.Regularly monitor patient and client care plans to ensure that appropriate care outcomes are achieved daily.Oversee the provision of nursing and midwifery care within your team or unit, ensuring high standards of practice and collaboration among staff.Must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding or eligible to hold a current practicing certificate.Completion of Renal Education Pathway for nurses or equivalent post graduate Renal/Dialysis qualification.Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 3 years post registration experience or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.Experience in the use of computer packages e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel.Demonstrated competence in the relevant area of nursing practice in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.Experience in the supervision of student nurses, enrolled nurses and less experienced registered nurses.The Region The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network (EFNLHN) covers almost 340,000 square kilometres of spectacular South Australia, supporting about 40,000 people living around Eyre Peninsula and the Far North of the state.
