About the Role We're looking for a dedicated Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) to support our Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) in the fast-paced Emergency Department at PPRHS. In this leadership role, you'll deliver person-centered clinical care and manage individual cases, while also mentoring less experienced staff.
Key Responsibilities: Enhance Patient Care: Collaborate with the NUM and fellow ANUMs to ensure seamless care delivery.Drive Improvements: Assist in implementing practice changes that enhance patient outcomes.Support Management Tasks: Work alongside the NUM on performance evaluations, recruitment, staffing, and financial planning.If you're ready to inspire your team and make a meaningful impact in emergency care, we want to hear from you! Minimum Requirements: Registration: Must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, holding a current practicing certificate.Experience: A minimum of 3 years of post-registration nursing experience, or currently classified as a Clinical Nurse/Midwife.Clinical Competence: Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality, person-centered clinical care in a fast-paced environment.Application Closing Date: 10 November 2024 - 11.55PM
