The Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) role provides operational management, advanced clinical and problem-solving skills, expert planning, and coordination skills in the clinical prevention of illness and injury for young people with complex care needs, ensuring quality standards are met. In supporting the NUM, the ANUM provides clinical leadership and education to Nursing staff and is responsible for the facilitation and provision of safe, quality, and cost-effective nursing care consistent with contemporary standards and best practice within School Based Youth Health.
