Associate Nurse Unit Manager Amherst Ward

Fixed Term Contract - Permanent Part-Time 64 hours per fortnight Further information: Maria Tucker (Director of Nursing) on or We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and motivated registered nurse to join our leadership team working in an ANUM capacity.
You will be responsible for delivering high-level patient care and providing strong nursing leadership as we prepare for an upcoming hospital relocation.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing daily shift operations and assisting NUM to ensure efficient operations of the Amherst WardDemonstrating expert knowledge and clinical skills across a broad range of patient care typesActing as a role model in setting clinical standards to consistently achieve a high quality of careWorking with the leadership team to optimize new unit workflows, processes, and planning for relocationIdentifying opportunities for continuous improvement in clinical outcomes, efficiency, staff development, and patient experienceThe ideal candidate will have strong clinical knowledge and a passion for nursing leadership.
You will lead by example to motivate your team during a time of transition and change.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities are essential to success in this position.
