This key engineering role will be responsible for planning, managing and successfully delivering engineering projects of a complex nature.Responsibilities:Some of your key accountabilities in this role will include the following:Carrying out and managing detailed designs for all types of projects and all aspects of projects ensuring that designs are innovative, prepared to a high standard and in accordance with the needs and expectations of our clients.Managing and resolving project issues, and consider construction costings and practices in the design processLead, mentor and develop a team of engineers and designers within the civil discipline. You will also provide technical guidance, feedback and support to the team members, and conduct performance reviews, training needs analysis and career development plans for them.Gain an understanding of the business and strategic direction of ADG, and develop, grow and maintain strong customer relationships.
