About the Role As an Associate Director, Institutional Property Group (Relationship) in our Team, you'll play a key role in managing specific transactions and will have direct client accountability for several select clients, supported by the set Director. The client portfolio will grow as the candidate develops in role.

What will your day look like? As an Associate Director, Institutional Property Group (Relationship), you will have the opportunity to: 
Meet revenue, returns and profit targets at individual and direct team level.Build relationships with Executive Level (CEO/CFO/Treasurer) management for client portfolio.Set client engagement strategy and revenue growth strategy for clients in portfolio.Understand the strategic initiatives of clients and cater product sales to meet clients' needs.Collaborate with product specialists to ensure strategy execution aligns with the Industry and Business Writing Strategy/Risk Appetite Statement.Meet or exceed customer expectations through superior customer service and developing industry insights.Make decisions and set priorities for the immediate team to deliver against agreed performance objectives. Be a client advocate.Build a profile across the ANZ network to ensure smooth client management.Consistently make sound, high-quality credit recommendations based on thorough research and disciplined application of credit policies within credit appetite.Apply financing and product knowledge to optimize risk/return parameters for the bank.What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Tertiary qualification, likely in Commerce, Business, Accounting or Economics.A curiosity to understand what value looks like for our clients and to work out creative ways of delivering that value.An ability to bring together stakeholders in Research & Analysis, Risk, Operations, Product Partners, and external advisers to deliver exceptional client outcomes.Banking product and Australian property industry knowledge is a plus, but is not mandatory.An ability to structure transactions and tailor value-added innovative financial solutions.Excellent relationship building, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
