This role sits within the leadership group of the business, where you will have a seat at the table working closely with key clients, mentoring and guiding the team and identify business opportunities with new and existing clients.The firm is expanding at a rapid rate and the expectation is for this Principal to be added to the Partner program which is an 18-24 month comprehensive process.Day to day:Work on A-grade clientsProvide personalised, strategic advice and innovative solutions to support client's needsIdentify and action new client opportunities and servicing existing client relationshipsManage a team, clients and stakeholdersAssist with developing team capability through succession planning, training and career developmentAbout youThe ideal person for this role is a seasoned and passionate people leader who is ready to mix things up and take a serious career leap. You will need a strong track record in public practice business services accounting with exposure to a broad client base.
