Associate Director Civil Infrastructure

Design & Build are looking for experienced Civil Engineers who are looking to lead a team and help grow our client's dynamic and innovative engineering consultancy.
The role itself requires a highly technical background in the civil space as well as strong leadership and communication skills. You will work closely with national leadership to help drive organisational growth.

Responsibilities: Collaboration across multi-functional teams including the structural and construction teams.Leading your own team and division.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
