What role will you play?
As an Associate Director, you will lead a small team of Credit Risk professionals to evolve commercial lending Credit Risk policies with in-depth consideration for risk, reward, market, customer and employee/technology opportunities.
You will understand commercial lending and how it relates to the Credit Risk lifecycle by owning, managing and updating the suite of risk appetite and policies that underpin our risk management framework.
In addition, you will identify and investigate trends and insights from internal and external data to understand opportunities to improve automation, manage data quality, optimise credit policies and update technical documentation and user guides.
What you offer
Proven experience in a similar role in the Banking/Financial Services industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial lending Credit risk, with experience in underwriting.
Prior experience with credit risk systems and understanding their interaction with policies.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Demonstrable leadership experience as well as the ability to engage with stakeholders at multiple levels.
